Refund policy

Last updated: November 2026

1. Digital products

All products sold on MFA Tools are digital goods or services delivered electronically. Because of their nature, all sales are final once delivery details have been displayed or sent.

2. Eligible refund situations

We may issue a refund to your wallet in the following cases:

• The product was not delivered within the stated timeframe.
• The delivered product is materially different from the description.
• The order could not be fulfilled by our supplier.
• A duplicate charge or payment error occurred.

3. Refund method

Approved refunds are credited to your on-site wallet as USDT. Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on MFA Tools. Refunds to original payment methods are not supported for digital goods.

4. Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order date through our support form. Requests made after this period are reviewed at our discretion.

5. Wallet deposits

Wallet deposits are non-refundable once they have been approved and credited. Unapproved manual deposits can be cancelled by contacting support.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith. Repeated refund abuse may result in account suspension.
